Q: Why do I have to add my card details when starting the free trial?
A: It's how the platform verifies you're a real store and keeps your subscription ready to continue seamlessly if you decide to stay after the 30 days. You won't be charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends with no cost
Q: Why do I pay based on all my orders, not just the ones Aqurate generated?
A: Because Aqurate shapes your customers' entire shopping journey, discovery, recommendations, search, not just the final click on a single attributed sale. Also, the module analyzes all on-site interactions daily, not just attributed orders, to train the AI model.
Billing by total orders also means costs only go up when you're actually making sales, with no penalty for traffic spikes or search query volume.
Q: Is there a discount for running multiple stores?
A: Yes, 10% off per additional store, cumulative up to 30%, applied to the smaller subscriptions.
Q: Where do I enter a discount code?
A: At the start-trial step in the onboarding wizard.
Q: Why was I was invoiced even though I deactivated the service?
A: If deactivation happened during the free trial, no invoice should have been issued. If the subscription was already paid, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period rather than immediately, which is why one last invoice can appear. If a paid subscription just started (converted from trial), you're entitled to a full refund if you cancel within the first 3 calendar days after the first charge.

Q: Can you charge or withdraw funds from my account directly?
A: No. Payment only happens through the card entered under Billing. Aqurate doesn't initiate separate withdrawals from a customer's bank account.
Q: How can I cancel my subscription?
A: Login into your account, access the billing area and there you will find the cancellation button.
